Yes, everything is month-to-month. There’s no long-term contract tying you down. Stay as long as you need, and when you’re ready to move out, just give us a heads-up beforehand so we can update your account. It’s straightforward and flexible, which is how storage should be.

Our units are not drive-up accessible. Our climate-controlled units are located indoors, which helps protect your belongings from heat and humidity. That said, access is still easy. The facility includes three main entry points: one in the back and two wide sliding glass doors in the front, along with spacious hallways that make moving items in and out manageable.

No, we keep things simple and transparent. You’re only paying for your rent and insurance. There are no security deposits, no admin fees, no hidden lock charges, and no surprise add-ons. What you see is what you pay.

You’re free to bring your own lock if you already have one. If not, locks are available for purchase onsite. The only requirement is that your unit is properly secured, how you do that is up to you.

At Clearwater Storage, protecting your privacy and belongings is taken seriously. We won’t release your account details or grant access to anyone without your permission. That said, if you choose to share your access code, unit number, and key with someone you trust, they can enter the facility and access your unit on your behalf.

Our staff is available on-site Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM to answer any questions and walk you through your options.
